Camping IS allowed at this year’s Jump for Freedom.

– Generators are allowed – Quiet ones are preferable

Only “normal” camping arrangements for overnight stays: Units that are made for camping, Tents, campers, truck campers etc. Sleeping in the back of a truck with a cap is acceptable as long as accommodations are made for camping. Sleeping in the backseat of a car is NOT a proper camping unit.

Camping will be at the south end of the Kingston Stadium Parking area

Copy and paste the following link to view the Google Map of the area:

Camping spots will start where the Blue Semi is in the image (Site #1) and spaces will move east rising in numbering from Site # 1 to Site #10.

Ten sites are planned, but may be expanded if needed.

General Rules:

– Pick up after your animals!!

– No free running animals after hours of the event:

* Dockdogs/Dueling Dogs event rules apply during show hours. Only the dog on the dock is allowed to be off leash.

* Frisbee or other play (ONLY AFTER HOURS) may be acceptable as long as only one dog is off leash at a time and provisions are made (extra handlers, etc.) to keep everyone safe.)

* Kenneled or leashed. (Service and well trained animals that are solid on “place” is acceptable)

– If a dog antagonizes, or attacks another dog or person, you will be asked to leave the competition and disqualified from the entirety of the event. – There will be no leniency. Safety of others; spectators, staff, volunteers, competitors and animals will not be negotiated.

– Quiet hours (other than generators if needed for cooling) 11pm until 6am – If the weather is nice, it will be encouraged that generators be turned off and windows opened. When possible, turn off generators.

– All dogs must be kept in the camper overnight. No kenneling outside. Excessive barking may be grounds to ask a camper to move a distance away or find other appropriate accommodations.

– Reservations are encouraged – If camping with others, all possible options to keep a group together will be explored.

  • Make sure to have a copy of your confirmation email available in case of disputes.

– No reservations accepted after June 19th – remaining space will be first come first serve
