COMPETITOR INFO:

1 – All competitors must sign a Soldier Hollow Nordic Center Liability Waiver via www.sohoactivitywaiver.org.  There will be a kiosk available at Will Call, for those who have not completed the electronic waiver

2 – All competitors must check in at Will Call at 7:45 or after on their day of competition. Waivers will be checked based on registration list provided by DockDogs, and wrist bands provided to competitors once waiver has been signed

3 – Event equipment vehicle dropoff: 6a – 7a only on event days, August 30, 31, September 1 and 2

4 – Competitor will have 5 minutes to unload their vehicle, and then move to outer parking area for the day

5 – Event equipment vehicle pickup: 4:30p+, directed daily and solely by Event Courtyard Director

6 – Competitors who walk in, may use the same map for entry during the event hours (07:45 – 17:00 approx.)

7 – All guests of the competitor will enter through the main ticketing gate, which opens at 7:45. Guests can purchase their event tickets on arrival, or discounted in advance at www.soldierhollowclassic.com
