DockDogs Hall of Fame Logo Contest

Being inducted into the DockDogs Hall of Fame is an honor and definitely something each and every inductee should be very proud of. Allowing the Inductees to display this honor is a great reminder to all other teams that continuous sportsmanship, camaraderie, and competitiveness throughout their career is something that should always be strived for. It’s also Great PR for DockDogs when Hall of Fame inductees show up at events.

Now for the fun part. We need to come up with an official design for the logo. Let’s turn this into something special that everyone in the DockDogs Community can participate in. Let’s have an official DockDogs Hall Of Fame logo design contest. The winner receives DockDogs Wave Credits. With the help of Brian King and DockDogs Corporate, we established rules around the contest and the design requirements and wrap a time frame around it. Then when it comes time to announce the winner it’s a big Announcement from DockDogs. The winner will be chosen either by the Hall of Fame Committee. . . This could really turn into something big for DockDogs and the Hall of Fame Inductees and can be REALLY Fun for the community!

Prize

• If your logo is selected for use by the DockDogs Hall of Fame committee, you will receive $100 in DockDogs Credits deposited to your Handler account.

Submission Timeline

• All files must be received by Thursday June 16th, 2016 @ 11:59pm EST

Submit Your Artwork

• Submit your artwork via Dropbox using the button below.
  • You WILL NOT need to have a Dropbox account, however, you must fill in your first and last name and valid email address in order to upload the files.
  • When submitting your artwork to be judged please upload files as JPEG or PNG format, minimum of 300dpi. Please be sure to read the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS section below in the event you’re selected as the winner by the DockDogs Hall of Fame Committee.
  • Below your logo design add your FIRST & LAST NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS

Misc Rules

• Logo must incorporate DockDogs Worldwide logo in some part of the design.

  • The DockDogs Worldwide logo linked above cannot be used for any purposes outside of this contest unless specifically authorized by DockDogs Worldwide in writing.
• Only submit original artwork designed by you.
• If your logo is selected as the winner DockDogs Worldwide will be the sole owner of the artwork and shall designate when/where/how it can be used in any media/mediums.

Technical Specifications

If your logo is selected by the DockDogs Hall of Fame Committee, you must be able to provide the logo to DockDogs Worldwide following the specifications provided below. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

• Vector artwork (Adobe Illustrator/EPS)
• Layered, original artwork file with all typefaces included.
• CMYK color pallet
