• Nominations are open from October 1, 2014 – October 15, 2014 @ 11:59pm EST
• One nomination submission per DockDogs Handler ID
• Must have participated in at least 1 DockDogs event in 2013 or 2014 season
• In order to submit a nomination please visit http://dockdogs.info, login with your DockDogs Handler ID and password, fill out the form on the right-hand side of the page and click on “Send Form”.
